Theory can provide more understanding of learning behaviors
We understand students' learning behavior from a scientific standpoint thanks to the cognitive learning model, which allows us to develop more beneficial and efficient experiences. In the field of educational products, cognitive psychology theory, often known as learning sciences, can assist us in putting our educational design into practice and avoiding design that is antithetical to the learning process.
A lack of assessment to measure the true impact
Learning is a long-term and progressive process that changes people's cognition and behavior; hence, an effective evaluation of students' development and design iteration is critical. In IKEA, a subjective questionnaire at the end of our coaching is insufficient to demonstrate our true influence on product managers. To increase the credibility of the learning assessment, more daily assessments should be used.
